Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sky, including the website, apps, and related interfaces we operate. By using Sky, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Sky is an interface for prediction markets. Settlement, balances, and on-chain transfers are handled by Hyperliquid and the networks you use to deposit or withdraw. Those systems have their own terms. If there is a conflict between what Sky displays and the settlement venue of record, the venue of record controls.

You must be at least 18 years old, and legally able to enter this agreement, to use Sky. You may not use Sky if you are prohibited from doing so by law in your jurisdiction, including laws that restrict prediction markets, derivatives, or gambling.

You are responsible for knowing whether you are allowed to trade. We may refuse, suspend, or ban access at any time.

Sky lets you browse event markets, place trades, manage a portfolio, chat, and view public profiles and rankings. We currently list TradeXYZ markets and settle trades as a Hyperliquid builder in USDC.

We may add, change, pause, or remove markets, features, or the entire service without notice. Market data, prices, and probabilities are informational marks, not promises of execution or future results.

You access Sky by connecting a wallet you control. You are responsible for that wallet, its keys, and every transaction you approve. Sky never asks for your seed phrase.

A username and photo are optional and may be public. We may reclaim usernames, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we believe are harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful.

Orders you submit through Sky are sent for matching and settlement on Hyperliquid. Fills, cancellations, fees, and resolutions follow that venue’s rules. Sky does not guarantee that an order will rest, fill, or cancel.

Event resolution depends on the market’s rules and the settlement source. Outcomes can be delayed, disputed, or unexpected. You accept those risks when you trade.

Deposits into your trading balance may travel through third-party bridges or relays before arriving as Hyperliquid spot USDC. Arrival times, fees, and minimums depend on those rails and on network conditions. You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network.

Blockchain transactions are typically irreversible. We cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address, chain, or asset.

You can lose the entire value of a position. Prices move, markets can be thin, and you may be unable to exit at the price you want. Past performance, leaderboard rankings, and displayed probabilities are not guarantees.

Nothing on Sky is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for any taxes that apply to you.

You agree not to:

• Violate law, these terms, or the rules of a market.
• Manipulate markets, spoof orders, or interfere with other users.
• Use Sky to launder money, evade sanctions, or commit fraud.
• Scrape, overload, or disrupt the site, or bypass access controls.
• Post unlawful, hateful, or abusive content, or impersonate someone else.
• Access Sky with a bot or automated system except as we expressly allow.

Sky, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it except as needed to use the service. You keep ownership of content you submit, and you grant us a license to host and display it in connection with Sky.

Sky is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free, or that any particular trade will execute.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Sky will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars or the fees you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using Sky at any time by disconnecting your wallet and leaving the site. We may suspend or end your access immediately if you violate these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue to use Sky after an update, you accept the revised terms.
