Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information Sky handles when you visit the site, connect a wallet, trade, or set up a profile. Sky is a prediction-market interface. Settlement, balances, and on-chain transfers happen on Hyperliquid and related networks, which have their own terms and privacy practices.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Wallet and session. When you connect a wallet, we store your public wallet address and create a signed-in session. Session tokens are kept in cookies so you stay signed in across visits.
• Profile. If you choose to, you can add a username and profile photo. Those details can appear on your public profile, in chat, and on the leaderboard.
• Trading and account activity. We process orders, positions, deposits, withdrawals, and related account activity so we can show you your portfolio and, where public, your profile and ranking.
• Chat. Messages you send in event rooms are stored and shown to other people in that room.
• Preferences and device. We store a few preferences in cookies or on your device, including your timezone, theme, and trade-dock layout. Servers also see standard request data such as IP address, browser, and the pages you open, which we use to operate and secure the service.

We use this information to:

• Operate markets, accounts, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Keep you signed in and remember your display preferences.
• Show public profiles, chat, and leaderboard rankings.
• Prevent abuse, debug problems, and keep the service available.
• Comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

Prediction-market activity is often visible to other people. Your wallet address, username, photo, public profile, chat messages, and leaderboard standing may be viewed by anyone with the link. On-chain transfers and Hyperliquid settlement are public by design.

We share information with:

• Hyperliquid. Trades, balances, and settlement run there.
• Deposit rails. If you deposit, we use Relay and the networks you choose to move funds into your Hyperliquid USDC balance.
• Your wallet software. Signing in and approving transactions happens in the wallet you connect.
• Service providers and law. We may share information with vendors who help us run Sky, or when we believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect users, or needed to enforce our terms.

Sky uses cookies and similar storage for sign-in, security, timezone, and interface preferences. These are needed for the site to work as expected. You can clear cookies in your browser; doing so will sign you out and reset those preferences.

We keep account, trading, and communications data for as long as needed to operate Sky, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Public on-chain records are outside our control and may remain available indefinitely.

You can disconnect your wallet at any time. You can change or remove a username and profile photo from your profile settings. You can stop sending chat messages. Because settlement and many transfers are public, we cannot make on-chain history private after it is recorded.

If you want us to review or delete account information that Sky stores off-chain, contact us through the channels listed on this site. We may need to keep some records where we have a legal or security reason to do so.

Sky is not directed at children, and you must be at least 18 to use it. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

We may update this policy as Sky changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
